Our Motel is For Sale.  This also includes a home for either the owners or manager.  The whole motel has been upgraded to today's standards.  The kitchen in the house has all stainless appliances including a convection oven in both the stove and microwave. 

Along with the motel comes 7 1/2 Acres of land.  We have 11 rooms that have been all upgraded with new flooring and beds.  They all have refrigerators and microwaves and are ready to rent.  Two more rooms can be added.  We currantly use one as our laundry facility, (the house also has a laundry room) and the other we use as our office.
